lots of updates

what have we been up to lately, you ask?

-losing our power for 5 days. not a good combo for a very pregnant lady and a toddler

-boating with friends

-having a baby shower

-temple dates

-dev went on a 215 mile bike ride with the boys at church

(he said he wished he had brought maxi pads to strap onto his bum, it hurt so bad, ha!)

-doing lots of projects before the baby comes

we are leaving at 4:30 in the morning to go to palmyra, new york. my all time favorite place in the world. i seriously cannot wait! but on the way we have to stop in gettysburg. gag me. i married a history lover and i have been to gettysburg so many times i could punch myself in the face. my parents are big time history buffs and we have had one too many family trips up that way. i wish i loved history but i guess growing up in the middle of the civil war scene, it kind of tainted it for me. 

oh, so i kind of need to clean and pack because of course i haven't even thought about that yet.

annnnd news on the babe - i am almost 34 weeks pregnant and apparently measuring 2 1/2 weeks early. the doc said my baby is probably a godzilla just like crew. this makes me happy except NEXT thursday we leave for utah and won't be back til august. TIL AUGUST, PEOPLE! which means, i might be bringing a sweet little bundle home with me :)

please cross your fingers that i don't have the baby on the plane. i will cross mine too... and my legs.
